Help & FAQ

Getting Started

Which sports does Sportsbook Science Analytics cover?

Seven leagues each have their own subdomain — Golf, CFL, NFL, NCAA Football, NBA, NHL, and Soccer. Golf, CFL, NFL, and NCAA Football have live dashboards today; the rest are placeholders while the customer-facing products are built.

The home page at sportsbookscienceanalytics.com lists every league with its current status.

How do I access my subscriptions?

Sign in with Google from the Account button in the nav bar (or at /signin). Your packages, renewal dates, and billing all live on your account page.

Packages are purchased on the pricing page — one sign-in works across every SSA league site.

Sign-in & Browser Support

Why does Safari sometimes ask me to sign in again?

SSA stores your sign-in state in a first-party session cookie scoped to sportsbookscienceanalytics.com, which works in Safari with default privacy settings (including Prevent Cross-Site Tracking enabled). The cookie is set HttpOnly + Secure + SameSite=Lax, so Safari ITP does not interfere with it.

Cases where you may still see the sign-in prompt:

  • Your 14-day session has expired — sign in again, the new session will carry across all league sites.
  • You're in a private browsing window (cookies don't persist between private sessions).
  • You've cleared cookies for sportsbookscienceanalytics.com or any of its subdomains.
  • You have a browser extension or content blocker that strips cookies aggressively.

If sign-in fails for any other reason, contact us (link at the bottom of this page).

Which browsers are supported?

Current desktop versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari are all supported. Mobile Chrome and Safari on iOS work as well. SSA is built with progressive enhancement — older browsers will see the dashboard but may not get the smoothest cross-league sign-in experience.

I'm signed in on one league site. Will I be signed in on the others?

Yes. Sign in once on any league site and you'll be signed in automatically when you visit the others (Golf, CFL, NFL, NCAAF, NBA, NHL, Soccer). A parent-domain session cookie carries your session across every sportsbookscienceanalytics.com subdomain — your next league visit recognizes you without a second sign-in prompt.

Sessions last 14 days. After that, you'll see the sign-in prompt once more, and the new session covers the next 14 days across all leagues.

Data & Models

How often are the dashboards updated?

Refresh cadence varies by league:

  • Golf — every 3 hours during tournament weeks.
  • NFL Mock Draft Tracker — once daily during draft season.
  • CFL, NBA, NHL, NCAAF — refresh schedule will be published alongside each customer-facing product launch.
Where does the data come from?

Each league has its own source: DataGolf for Golf, CFL.ca for CFL, a mix of public mock-draft sites for NFL, and similar public/aggregator feeds for the upcoming leagues. Specific source attribution is shown in each dashboard's footer when applicable.

Account & Billing

How do I cancel my subscription?

From your account page, choose Manage billing — it opens the secure Stripe billing portal where you can cancel anytime, update your card, or download invoices. No phone calls, no retention scripts.

Canceling stops the next renewal; your access runs through the end of the period you've already paid for.

Do you offer refunds?

Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Instead of a refund maze, you can cancel anytime — canceling stops the next renewal, and your access runs through the end of the period you've already paid for.

The full policy is in the Terms of Service.

Something Else

I found a bug or have a feature request. Who do I tell?

Email jdwilson@sportsbookscienceanalytics.com with as much detail as possible: which league site, which browser, what you saw vs. what you expected. Screenshots help.
